Since inception of the Company Omm estcon Pvt Ltd established in Bhubaneswar, Odisha in the year 2003 has successfully completed the following mile stones and has made an impression of earning satisfied customers

Completed Projects

1. Company has handed over around 1200 residential units to our valuable customers in different locations like Mouza- Rudrapur, Hanspal, Mouza – Atala, Balianta and Nakhara, Bhubaneswar.
2. We have completed around 50 units of Duplex/Triplex in and around Bhubaneswar.
3. Also successfully completed three residential apartments named Omm Residency, Omm Radha Raman Enclave, Rashmi House in different locations in smart city, Bhubaneswar.

Ongoing Project

We are coming with a residential project of 42 units approved by RERA, BDA & BMC.

1. Our Bharat Villa Premium project situates at Rudrapur, Bhubaneswar is going to be completed soon.
2. Now we are coming up with our next residential project of 98 units named HEMALATA MANSION I & HEMALATA MANSION II situated at Mouza - Atala, Bhubaneswar.
