Specifications of Hemalata Mansion II


Foundation A column structure for the purpose of 2 stored building.
Sub-Structure RCC footing / 10” brick wall / frame structure as per the design requirement.
Super Structure RCC Frame structure with columns / beams
R.C.C RCC in 1:2:4 proportion with ½ to ¾ H.G chips for columns, footing columns, beams, slabs, lintels, staircase etc. designed for G + 1
Walls 10 inch or 5 inch brick walls in 1:6 proportion.
Plastering 1:6 cement mortar.
Floor Entrance lobby, Drawing, Dining & Bed rooms are vitrified tile flooring. Staircase is with granite steps and stainless steel hand railing.
Kitchen Vitrified tiles flooring, granite working platform with stainless steel sink with CP fitting , glazed ceramic tiles on kitchen platform, dado of 2 ft height, single bowel with drain board and exhaust fan points.
Toilet E.W.C commode in the toilet with cistern, antiskid tiles flooring, Glazed wall tiles upto 7ft. height in the walls, wash basin with bottle trap, mirror, towel rail bar, overhead shower & geyser point in each bath room with provision for both hot and cold water.

Doors a. The entire frame (choukath) of the doors are made of Sal wood.
b. Main door will be of galvanized steel.

Window Window frame will be made of UPVC and the shutters are made of glass sliding with MS grill fitting.
Painting All outer walls shall be finished with weather coat and inner walls shall be finished with wall putty with white primer.
Electrical Concealed conduct copper wiring, adequate outlet for light, fans, plugs, calling bell, AC points in all bed rooms, points for refrigerator and washing machine, internal inverter wiring, TV point with NKB box and main switch ISI make.
